Trauma doesn't look the same for everyone. It can show up as anxiety, numbness, nightmares, relationship struggles, or a persistent sense that something is just off — even when you can't quite name it. Whatever form it takes for you, healing is possible.

I am a Certified Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) provider, and CPT is my preferred approach for trauma — it's structured, evidence-based, and has helped countless people move from surviving to truly living. That said, I draw from a range of trauma-informed modalities, including Prolonged Exposure, narrative therapy, and play therapy, because no two people heal the same way. We'll work together to find the approach that fits you.
